The last Thursday concert in the festival village was a side event named ‘The Presentation of the Heritage of Polish Highlanders’. The list of artists to appear on the stage included: the Trzebunians and Trzebuńskie Kliszczaki Music, the Wirchowianie band from Bukowina Tatrzańska, the Spiszacy band from Łapsze Niżne and the ‘Polanior’ band from Kościelisko. The bands’ performances also included singing and dancing. The large audience rewarded the performers with thunderous standing ovation.
The International Festival of Highland Folklore has been organized under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland Mr. Andrzej Duda and the President's Wife, Mrs. Agata Kornhauser-Duda.
The organizers of the event are the City of Zakopane, Zakopane Cultural Center
The event was co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund - a state special-purpose fund
